Bruce Newman
A Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, Bruce Newman has been representing clients in personal injury lawsuits for 20 years. He is admitted to practice in California, New York, and Connecticut. He received his B.A. in 1986 from Colgate University—where he was a member of the Dean's List and the recipient of the L.B.J. Scholarship for Congressional Interns—and his J.D. from the Albany Law School of Union University in 1989. While at law school, Mr. Newman was Note & Comment editor of the Albany Law Review from 1988 to 1989, runner-up for the Baxter Publication Award, and the recipient of the 2nd Best Brief in the World Award in the Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition.

Prior to the foundation of Newman Creed & Associates, Mr. Newman was a partner at Jazlowiecki & Newman, a consultant at CIGNA Securities, and an associate attorney at LaTorraca and Goettsch, formerly known as Perona, Langer, LaTorraca & Beck. He has represented clients in cases involving everything from personal injury to legal malpractice and appeals.
Mr. Newman is a guest lecturer at the University of Connecticut School of Law and a religious education instructor at St. Joseph's Parish in Chester. He is a former Scout den leader for the Boy Scouts of America, Connecticut Rivers Council, and was a member of the Deep River Water Pollution Control Authority from 1996 to 1998. Additionally, he was a congressional intern in Washington, D.C. for U.S. Senator Lowell P. Weicker, Jr. and Congressman Stewart B. McKinney.
